PERFORMING for the Muster Street Party will be a small but powerful contingent of The Country Music School of Excellence (CMSOE) which will be outside Bobs Musicland.

The range of music will be wide and varied from your old style country, country rock and a bit of yodelling thrown in.

Some students have even taken a trip to Nashville USA.

Some of the students who have had success with the CMSOE are Emma Barlow who won a “No Holes Barred” fiddle contest, which included a prize of a $5000 fiddle and the following year was flown to Sydney to perform with a band.

Andrew Baldry performed as a solo singer at the Creative Generations State Schools on Stage (Queensland school spectacular).

The band Country High auditioned and was selected to perform at Creative Generations.

The most recent success has been the all girl band of July, which performed at the Q150 Shed in Maryborough last year.
