CAMPBELL Newman will make his first visit to Emerald as Premier tomorrow.

Mr Newman will be accompanied by Gregory MP Vaughan Johnson as the pair travel back to Brisbane from Mt Isa.

Local LNP identity Mike Burns said there would be an informal meet and greet with the party faithful on Thursday night, followed by a business breakfast on Friday.

Mr Newman was back on the job this week, releasing his six-month action plan and promising to hold town hall-style summits across the state throughout 2013.
