In an interview with E! News in the US, Bindi spoke on everything from her late father Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin, living at Australia Zoo and working on movies and documentaries.

She also discussed her work with politicians on her wildlife and conservation ideologies.

"Who knows. I could end up in politics. President? Prime Minister? I'm kidding," she said with a laugh.

"With my life I've been involved with politics. We work a lot with politicians and so throughout my life I think politics will be a part of who I am and stay with me. I'd love to continue to work with politicians.

She didn't rule out a run for government herself through.

"Whether or not I become directly involved I'm not sure but it's really important in life to work with politicians and make a difference."
