Prince Charles and Camilla heading to Australia

JUSTIN TALLIS

THE nation's royal watchers will be out in force next month with Prince Charles and his wife Camilla announcing their plans to visit Australia.

The royal couple will be in the country from November 10-15 after touring New Zealand.

During their time in Australia they will visit Canberra, Adelaide, Sydney, Albany and Perth.

The trip coincides with the heir to the throne's 67th birthday and he is expected to celebrate the occasion with a beachside barbecue in Perth's Cottlesloe on November 14.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall will spend Remembrance Day in Canberra, where they will meet Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull.

It will be their second tour of Australia together and the 15th time Prince Charles has visited Australia.
