FIT TIP: Quit coffee and make your catch up active
I'M NOT a coffee drinker but I love the culture around taking a break to recharge.
This week, instead of arranging your usual sit-down catch-up with friends or a work meeting at your local cafe, swap it for an active get-together.
Take a walk around the park or along the beach or, for a change of scenery, pack a picnic, enjoy the fresh air and stretch your legs.

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup almond milk 1 banana 2 tbs cacao powder 1 tbs peanut butter 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
METHOD: Blend the ingredients together and enjoy.
