Reality TV ratings race tightens up, but MKR still on top

BEK and Ash's cooking disaster delivered a ratings win for Channel 7's My Kitchen Rules last night.

The episode, which saw the Perth flatmates earn the unenviable mantle of the lowest ever score in the reality cooking show's history, was the most-watched show last night with 1.193 million viewers across the metros.

Married at First Sight's dramatic episode, which included runaway bride Lauren smoke-bombing her new husband, was the fourth most-watched show with 909,000 viewers.

Both programs rebounded slightly from Wednesday night, when My Kitchen Rules drew 1.113 million viewers and Married at First Sight drew 824,000 viewers across the metros.

Without a live elimination, last night's installment of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! was the eighth most-watched program with 761,000 metro viewers.

Married at First Sight's final two weddings, featuring identical twins Michelle and Sharon Marsh, air tonight while Seven promises more records will be broken in MKR's final two instant restaurants of group one.
