THE Central Highlands have seen three of their own appointed in the Central Queensland Capras junior rugby league coaching staff.

RJ Stewart, Terri Weatherley and Nicole Verzeletti have been appointed in the team of twenty made up of representatives from Rockhampton, Gladstone, Central West and the Central Highlands.

Central Highlands QRL operations manager Cameron Stallard said the appointments are a testament to the hard work and dedication put into junior rugby league by many volunteers.

"It's great to have three dedicated volunteers appointed to represent the Central Highlands at the next level and their appointment is a testament to the hard work, dedication and professionalism that they, along with all of our coaches and volunteers, continue to show week in, week out,” Stallard said.

The Central Highlands will select an Under-13's Boys, U14's Boys and Girls and an U16's Boys and Girls representative team to compete at the CQ Capras junior trials at Rockhampton on Saturday and Sunday, May 7-8, 2017.
