UPDATE:

The severe thunderstorm warning has been cancelled.

Locations which may be affected include Biloela, Monto, Baralaba, Moura, Duaringa, Gayndah, Mundubbera and Eidsvold.

John McILwham of the Bureau of Meteorology Mackay said Eungella has already received 27mm of rain.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds and heavy rainfall according to the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM).

Locations which may be affected include Moranbah, Nebo and Eungella.

Small hail could also be possible.

The next warning is due to be issued by 5.45pm by BOM.

This warning comes after heavy falls were experienced in the region earlier this week.
