CHARLIE Sheen could be prosecuted for holding an escort against her will while he trashed a hotel room.

The 'Two and a Half Men' star is said to have caused $7,000 worth of damage to his suite at New York's Plaza Hotel on Tuesday (26.10.10) after accusing prostitute Christina Walsh of stealing his wallet and she is now alleging she locked herself in the bathroom while he repeatedly punched the door.

Christina - who also works as a porn star under the name Capri Anderson - claims she feared for her life during the incident and has reportedly instructed her lawyers to ask a Colorado court to violate Charlie's probation in his domestic violence case, according to gossip website TMZ.

The actor is currently on probation after pleading guilty to a misdemeanour assault on his estranged wife Brooke Mueller last Christmas Day (25.12.09).

It is also believed that Charlie tested positive for cocaine when he was admitted to hospital after Tuesday's incident.
A member of Christina's legal team said: "We're weighing our legal options."

However, law enforcement sources in New York claim when she was interviewed at the hotel Christina did not say she had felt Charlie was holding her against her will.
