Song tribute to brave Jordan

Jordan Rice
Jordan Rice

TWO international musicians have written a song paying tribute to the self-sacrifice of brave young Jordan Rice, who died after asking rescuers to save his brother first, amid the horror of the Toowoomba flash flood.

Barry D Butler, of Florida, teamed with lyricist Roger Antony Carter to create the tribute to young Jordan after reading of his brave action.

The song's lyrics include the stirring refrain:

No hesitation
He used his voice
To save his brother
It was Jordan's choice
No Hesitation
"Save Blake" was his cry
Gave life for his brother
While he bravely died

The composers have made the song available for  download. The link is at the bottom of this page.
