"Spiderman" slashes teen with knife, robs business

A MAN wearing a Spiderman mask has lunged out and cut a teenage boy with a knife during an armed robbery.

The 15-year-old fast food outlet employee was mopping the floor at the Lear Jet Dv, Caboolture business about 8.30pm Tuesday when a man carrying a knife entered.

The man spoke to the boy briefly before lunging at him and striking him once in the hand with a knife.

The man then approached the counter, threatened a second employee and demanded cash.

The Caboolture boy was transported to Caboolture Hospital for medical treatment.

The man is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cms tall with a proportionate build and was wearing black knee length shorts, a navy hooded jumper, white sandshoes and a full faced red and blue spiderman mask.
