Star Wars Day to be celebrated across the globe
MAY 4; an innocuous day for most.
But for dedicated fans of the Star Wars franchise, it's Christmas.
Star Wars Day is the unofficial holiday where fans can celebrate Star Wars culture.
The phrase "may the force be with you" is used in almost all the Star Wars movies and has become the catch-cry for Star Wars fans.
Due to 'May the fourth' sounding like it, the date became recognised as Star Wars Day.
This year is particularly special as a new movie, Star Wars Episode VII, has been announced.
Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford will reprise their respective roles as Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia and Han Solo. JJ Abrams, of Lost fame, will direct and produce the movie.
So tomorrow, whatever you do - may the force be with you.
