Step-father to face court on child sex claims

A MAN who allegedly abused his step-daughter over a four year period will appear in court later this month.

The man, 29, who cannot be identified, has been charged with 10 counts of indecent treatment, two counts of making child exploitation material and child grooming.

He has also been charged with six other offences.

Police will allege the man told his stepdaughter the sexual acts were role playing.

The man will appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court on February 17.
