Teenagers rob Dalby man inside his home

THREE teenagers are in custody for allegedly assaulting and robbing a Dalby man inside his home.

A boy, aged 17, and two girls, aged 13 and 14, entered a home on Arthur St at 5am on Wednesday and allegedly threatened and assaulted a man in his 60s.

The trio then stole a car and the man's wallet.

Dalby police conducted patrols to locate the vehicle, which was found at a Thorley St home at 6am.

The 17-year-old was taken into police custody at the address.

The two girls were located at different parts of town a short time later.

All three are currently in custody, and will appear in Dalby Childrens Court later today.

They will be charged with armed robbery and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

Police are objecting to their bail.
