THE Central Queensland News Property Week has been the real estate industry’s bible for many years on the Highlands.
And now it’s about to become an even bigger player following the strategic alliance between APN and Fairfax media which will offer a more engaging and personalised service.
The two significant Australia media companies – APN which owns the Central Queensland News and Fairfax media, which holds a strong online presence – are combining forces from today to offer readers of the Central Queensland News and users of Fairfax’s online services a more engaging and personalised experience.
Domain will give real estate agents additional tools to assist in the marketing of listings, potentially reaching more than 860,000 readers and millions of online users.
And it will enable potential home buyers to access properties that are advertised in 14 major regional newspapers as well as on the huge domain.com.au resource.
Century 21 Vision’s Di Hancock-Mills is excited about the scope this alliance offers her.
“It’s definitely a positive move,” she said. “When somebody new comes to town through an initiative like this, you never know, it could be another doctor for the hospital. You have to have that ray of hope.”
