Toy gun used in weekend's second armed robbery

POLICE are investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store at Bundaberg last night.

Around 8.25pm, a man entered the Boundary Street store armed with a toy firearm and demanded cash from the attendant.

The attendant refused, and the man fled the store on foot without any money.

No one was injured during the incident.

The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 183cms tall with a proportionate build and short dark hair.

Investigations are continuing.
