A 45-YEAR-OLD man suffered neck, chest and upper limb injuries when, at 7.30am yesterday, his heavy combination truck ran off the Peak Downs Hwy, through a culvert before resting against a tree 66km east-north-east of Clermont.

The RACQ CQ Rescue Chopper, in its third rescue to the region this month, flew the man to the Mackay Base Hospital.
