Two men smashing car windows attack witness

POLICE are searching for two men who left a victim with broken teeth after he stumbled across their attempts to break into cars in Bellbird Park.

A man was walking to work along Millocker Ct at 7am when he saw two men smashing car windows.

The men approached the victim, asking him if he'd witnessed the break-in, which he replied no.

The men then punched him in the face and stole his wallet and personal belongings.

The man continued to work and called police on his arrival.

Ipswich CIB is investigating.
