Repeat offender blames partner for not paying licence fees

STEVEN Thorn was charged for driving unlicensed as a repeat offender on January 24.

He told Rockhampton Magistrates Court, "My partner was meant to have paid for it."

He was fined $400, disqualified from driving for three months and had his car impounded.
