Vickerman in, Sharpe out

DAN Vickerman has returned to the Wallabies' fold after being included the 24-man travelling party for Saturday’s Bledisloe Cup clash with New Zealand in Auckland.

A 56-cap veteran, Vickerman has been included in the travelling party after playing a full 80 minutes and featuring strongly for club side Sydney University.

However, the news wasn't as good for Wallabies veteran Nathan Sharpe who, along with Nick Phipps, was dropped from the side which defeated South Africa in the opening Tri Nations match.

Vickerman will be joined in the Wallabies squad by fellow NSW Waratahs Luke Burgess, Lachie Turner, and Sitaleki Timani.

Burgess returns after proving his fitness following rehabilitation on a fractured hand, while Turner won his spot after impressing for his club Eastwood.

Timani returns after making his international debut in the Wallabies' loss to Samoa.

The Wallabies wrap up their training camp at The Southport School on the Gold Coast Tuesday, and will fly to Auckland Wednesday afternoon.
