AN APPARENTLY superhuman father has managed to outshine two teenaged girls by showing how hard he can both whip and nae-nae.

Dancing dad Mike Jones managed to sneak behind his two daughters as they listened to the Silento track, as they worked the camera.

Giving a 'shush' signal, Jones then proved himself worthy of the Superman logo on his t-shirt.

In quick succession, Jones broke out his "whips", "nae-naes", "stanky-leggs".

In his repertoire was also the classic dad two-step spin, and even the overhead lasso.

His sneaky recital was caught only when his pop proved too powerful for the teen dancers to ignore.

The Facebook video has already been viewed more than 17 million times since it was published after Christmas.
