SCHOOLIES celebrating on the Sunshine Coast have been caught flashing unsuspecting crowds at Noosa - but they didn't seem to mind.

On Wednesday the 2013 SU QLD Sunny Coast Schoolies and 90 leaders performed their annual Schoolies flash mob at Hastings St Food Court as well as on Noosa Beach.

Unsuspecting members of the public enjoyed the two performances.

SU QLD programs development officer Andrew Beavers said crowds were very surprised but glad to see Schoolies having a great time

The original dance performed by the Schoolies was called The Bird Machine.

The flash mob was held mid week of action packed celebrations involving daily electives of tubing, karting and skirmish and night activities such as ice skating, bowling and a carnival.

The class of 2012 performed a similar video last year.
