We've hit the ground running: Newman
PREMIER Campbell Newman tomorrow will release a six-month action plan to address concerns highlighted in the Commission of Audit interim report.
He said they would finalise a 30-year plan for Queensland's electricity sector, deliver legislation to support Gasfields Commission work, announce the first 30 independent public schools beginning in 2013 and implement reforms to the healthy payroll system.
He told Queensland Parliament he would not "shirk" from the challenge of delivering on all 58 action items.
"We hit the ground running and we have no intention of stopping now," he said
