Woman cut during armed robbery

ARMED men cut a staff member's hand during the robbery of a grocery store in Browns Plains last night. 

Two men entered the premises with their faces covered around 7pm.

The men threatened the 39-year-old female employee and demanded money.

They then cut her hand with a knife. 

The men took money from the register and then fled on foot.

The employee escaped to a nearby medical centre where she sought medical help.
