Gore Hwy car went through forested paddock in crash
UPDATE: A 65-year-old Moree woman was airlifted from the scene of a single vehicle accident near Millmerran by the Toowoomba-based RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter yesterday afternoon.
It is believed the woman was travelling along a stretch of the Gore Hwy shortly before 3pm, when her vehicle left the road at speed.
The vehicle travelled through a partially forested paddock before coming to a stop.

Emergency service personnel worked to free the encapsulated woman, before the CareFlight Rescue helicopter arrived on scene.
The woman was airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
YESTERDAY 3.12PM: A woman has been cut free from her vehicle after it crashed into a tree while travelling at about 110km/h.
Queensland Ambulance Service said the 50-year-old woman received head and arm injuries.
The single vehicle crash happened about 2.30pm about 35km south-west of Millmerran.
The RACQ CareFlight helicopter has been called to the scene of the crash to airlift the woman to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
2.45PM: Firefighters are using hydraulic cutting equipment to free a woman from a wreckage of a single vehicle crash south of Toowoomba.
The car the woman was driving left the road and crashed into a tree about 2.30pm, 35km south west of Millmerran.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services and Queensland Ambulance Service crews are on scene.
There are no details on the woman's injuries
EARLIER: A car has crashed into a tree on the Gore Hwy south of Toowoomba.
Emergency services are responding to the single-vehicle crash, which occurred about 2.30pm about 35km south-west of Millmerran.
It is reported that the woman who was driving the car is trapped in the wreckage.
