Woman freed from vehicle after Sunshine Coast car crash

UPDATE: Sunshine Coast fire crews have confirmed that the woman trapped in her car has managed to free herself from her vehicle. 

Paramedics assessed one person, an adult woman, at the scene but did not need to transport anyone to hospital.

EARLIER: A woman is struggling to free herself from her car after a three vehicle crash on the Sunshine Coast.

Multiple fire crews, paramedics, and police units are currently en route to a Panorama Drive in Nambour.

The alarm was raised to emergency services just before 8.20am.

Initial reports indicate that a woman is still inside her car, and is currently unable to open the doors to free herself.
