SUNRISE star Samantha Armytage is unsurprisingly supersensitive to being pursued by paparazzi, in the wake of the "granny panties" scandal.
So when she spotted photographers lurking, and a drone circling, as she caught up with mates at North Bondi, she saw red, and went on the attack.
Uploading a smiling picture of herself in her swimmers, surrounded by her mates and her beloved dog, Banjo, to her Instagram account, she took aim.
"Lovely, quiet, relaxing Sunday swimming with friends ... and four paparazzi and a drone. Bastards," she captioned the picture. "Trying to ruin my weekend bliss and make money from pics of me in my swimmers. Well here's one for free."
To hammer her point home, she added the hashtag #pissOffPaps.
Trouble is, she was seemingly way off target.
Last Sunday at Bondi, the photographers who make their money snapping stars, had bigger fish to fry in the form of Hollywood A-lister Kate Hudson.
Hudson was dining at North Bondi Fish with her boyfriend Danny Fujikawa.
And a snap of the daughter of Goldie Hawn is worth more dollars than one of Armytage.
"Kate Hudson was the money shot we were after," a snapper with the group confirmed to news.com.au.
"You can pap Sam any day of the week," he added, noting Sam is "well aware that Bondi, a magnet for high profile stars" and therefore a magnet for the paparazzi she so loathes.
