WWE wrestler Seth Rollins has been forced to apologise to his family and friends after private, naked images of a young, female newcomer were leaked via three of his social media accounts.
Photographs of Zahra Schreiber, a model and wrestler for WWE's developmental branch NXT, were uploaded to Rollins' Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts simultaneously yesterday.
The pictures also appeared on the official WWE website as a result of its automatic stream of wrestler's social media post.
It is yet to be explained how the incident came to occur, but it did incur the wrath of Rollins' fiancée Leighla Schultz, who posted less than flattering images of him via her Twitter in an apparent revenge ploy.
"Zahara?," Schultz wrote alongside the nude photographs of Rollins, misspelling the model's name.
Replying to one user who suggested Schultz "definitely didn't tweet" the pictures, she wrote: "I definitely did Hahaha."
She also took to her Facebook page to post mock messages she joked could have been exchanged between Rollins and Schreiber.
"i hate my life and my fiancée i just wanted to run away with you[sic]," she wrote.
Schultz's posts have since been deleted.
I would like to apologize to all the WWE fans and my family and friends for private photographs that were distributed without my consent.— Seth Rollins (@WWERollins) February 10, 2015
